These Terms of Service govern your use of the Emis Cleaning website and the cleaning services we provide. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

Scope of Services
We provide professional cleaning services across South West London (SW6, SW13, SW14, SW15, SW17, SW18, SW20). All services use eco-friendly materials and equipment supplied by us, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Quotes & Bookings
All quotes are estimations based on information provided by the client. The final price may be adjusted on-site if the scope of work differs significantly. Bookings are only confirmed once acknowledged by us via email or phone.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations disrupt our team's scheduling and may be subject to a nominal cancellation fee.

Insurance & Liability
Emis Cleaning is fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, we will coordinate with our insurers to resolve the matter. Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Data Handling
Information submitted via our forms is not stored in a web database. It is sent securely to our administrative team via email, used solely to manage your enquiry and service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Modifications
